What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute product roadmaps for blockchain, crypto, and digital asset initiatives
Collaborate with engineering teams to design smart contracts and distributed systems that scale securely
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate DeFi and web3 trends into actionable product strategies
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities within the crypto and decentralized finance landscape
Work closely with compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure blockchain products meet regulatory standards
Present product vision and progress to senior leadership and external partners
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product management experience, ideally within blockchain, crypto, or fintech
Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and decentralized architectures
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product launches from concept to delivery
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex blockchain concepts for diverse audiences
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols, stablecoins, or tokenization platforms
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks surrounding crypto and digital assets
Background in payments, financial services, or enterprise blockchain solutions
