What You'll Be Doing
Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for trading and swap products across the MetaMask ecosystem and broader DeFi landscape
Translate complex smart contract mechanics and trading infrastructure into clear, compelling messaging for diverse user segments
Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure trade-focused features resonate with both crypto-native power users and newcomers
Develop positioning that differentiates our decentralized trading experience in an increasingly crowded web3 market
Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and user behavior to continuously refine marketing strategy
Lead launch campaigns that drive adoption of trading features across our distributed systems products
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product marketing experience, with meaningful exposure to blockchain, crypto, or fintech products
Demonstrated ability to simplify technical concepts—smart contracts, liquidity pools, DEX mechanics—into accessible narratives
Strong track record launching products or features that drove measurable user growth
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working alongside engineers and designers
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform marketing decisions
Genuine passion for decentralized finance and the future of open financial infrastructure
Bonus Points
Direct experience marketing DEXs, trading platforms, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with MetaMask, Ethereum, or Layer 2 scaling solutions like Linea
Existing relationships within the crypto and web3 community
