What You'll Be Doing
Architect end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs that guide users through onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement across MetaMask, Linea, and other distributed ledger products
Build segmented, data-driven campaigns leveraging behavioral triggers to boost engagement with DeFi features, smart contracts tools, and wallet functionality
Partner cross-functionally with product, growth, and data teams to translate user insights into actionable lifecycle strategies
Own email, push, and in-app messaging channels, optimizing for conversion and long-term crypto user retention
Analyze funnel performance and lifecycle metrics, iterating rapidly based on experimentation and A/B testing
Champion the voice of the user within a fast-moving, decentralized organization
What We're Looking For
5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, ideally within crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech
Proven track record building automated, personalized campaigns across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills with fluency in marketing automation platforms and data visualization tools
Deep curiosity about blockchain, web3, and decentralized systems—genuine enthusiasm for the space is essential
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across distributed, global teams
Self-starter mentality suited to the fast pace of the crypto industry
Bonus Points
Direct experience marketing blockchain, DeFi, or smart contract-based products
Familiarity with Web3 wallets, Ethereum ecosystem tools, or on-chain analytics
Experience working within a decentralized or remote-first organization
