Product Operations Associate
What You'll Be Doing
Manage billions of dollars in real crypto and fiat transfers that support major financial institutions
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design workflows and systems that help scale Paxos's products
Investigate customer issues, analyze data trends, and put your own ideas into practice
Build expertise in blockchain, stablecoins and enterprise crypto (training provided)
Respond to unexpected issues to deliver the best possible customer experience
Rotate through different projects to explore where your interests and skills fit best
What We're Looking For
Roughly 0-2 years of professional experience, based in or willing to work from the New York City office; backgrounds in finance, consulting, tech or operations are all welcome
A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
Curiosity about how money moves in the digital age
Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in exploring different career paths within fintech
Bonus Points
Fintech experience or genuine interest in crypto/blockchain
