What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to agreed standards.
Act as the main point of contact for client project teams, building trust and ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and expectations.
Build and maintain detailed project plans following Ripple Treasury's project management methodology.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align on project objectives and execution.
Coordinate delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States, working across time zones and languages.
Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams with banking partners across Latin America and the US.
Define and oversee critical success factors for each engagement, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
Establish project governance to ensure oversight and compliance with delivery standards.
Lead project communications, including regular status updates to client executives, internal teams, and business units.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in client-facing project management, ideally within a SaaS or B2B enterprise software environment.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence client stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously, often with remote resources and global teams.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.
Strong listening, presentation, and consultative communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Highly organized, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience leading projects for clients across Latin America and the United States, with awareness of local business customs and regulatory frameworks.
Business-level fluency in Spanish is required.
Existing right to work in the United States.
Bonus Points
Technical understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or other financial software products.
Familiarity with Latin American and US bank connectivity standards and payment schemes.
Business-level proficiency in Portuguese.
