What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with counterparts across a global organization to coordinate work effectively
Owning and managing end-to-end customer activations across multiple Ripple products, partnering with Treasury, Compliance, Product Ops, CPS, CPE, and Engineering teams to get things done
Identifying and escalating blockers so activations progress smoothly and issues get resolved
Guiding institutional customers through setup processes with clear, professional communication
Investigating and resolving edge-case issues while maintaining strict data accuracy
Reporting weekly activation status to stakeholders with verified, accurate information
Managing dormant account processes, ensuring human review takes place before any deactivation
Helping scale activation processes to new products and driving systemic improvements over time
What We're Looking For
4-5 years of experience in client onboarding/activation, payment operations, or customer operations within fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets
A self-starter mindset with strong coordination skills for managing multi-team, multi-step processes
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, able to trace money and data across systems
High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and comfort operating in a compliance-sensitive environment
Excellent written communication skills for engaging institutional clients and internal collaborators
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ticketing systems (Jira)
