About This Role
As a Senior Associate on our Venture Growth team, you will be instrumental in expanding and accelerating Tether Ventures' investment portfolio, from seed to late-stage investments. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and drive strategic value in the dynamic world of digital finance.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct screenings and assessments of new investment opportunities, including market sizing, competitive analyses, and business model validation.
Participate in due diligence for new investments, focusing on operational and strategic fit, scalability, and synergy potential.
Work closely with external C-level executives and board representatives on strategic planning, oversight, and execution of key initiatives.
Engage in monitoring, business planning/budgeting, and KPI analysis for portfolio companies.
Collaborate with multiple internal Tether teams to assess opportunities, unlock synergies, and create strategic value.
