About This Role
This isn't another speculative token pitch. We're a fully operational, cash-flow-positive blockchain enterprise seeking elite 1099 Independent Financial Brokers and Sales Executives to expand our capital introduction network. If you have the relationships and the hustle, we have the proven product and uncapped commission structure to match.
What You'll Be Doing
Leverage your existing network to introduce high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and crypto-native funds to a verified, revenue-generating web3 ecosystem
Present institutional-grade materials covering tokenomics, audited financials, and smart contracts infrastructure
Guide prospective investors through due diligence on our distributed systems and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization models
Build and maintain long-term relationships with accredited investors, VCs, and syndicates within the DeFi and digital asset space
Collaborate directly with founders and executive leadership to close high-ticket capital placements
Represent a de-risked, already-profitable blockchain opportunity in a market flooded with pre-revenue projects
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of verifiable experience in capital raising, private placements, investment banking, or high-ticket web3 sales
An active, established rolodex of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional syndicates
Strong fluency in blockchain fundamentals, crypto market structure, tokenomics, and decentralized finance mechanics
Confidence navigating institutional due diligence conversations around smart contracts and tokenized assets
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to operate independently under a 1099 contractor model
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills suited for high-stakes crypto sales
Bonus Points
Prior experience closing deals in RWA tokenization or institutional DeFi products
Existing relationships with crypto-focused funds or digital asset family offices
Background in traditional finance transitioning into web3 and distributed ledger markets
