What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain robust backend services that interface with smart contracts and on-chain infrastructure
Design scalable systems supporting tokenized real-world assets, including fund accounting and settlement logic
Build secure APIs connecting our decentralized finance protocols with institutional-grade off-chain systems
Collaborate closely with smart contract engineers, product, and compliance teams to ship reliable blockchain-enabled financial products
Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to support high-throughput transaction processing across multiple chains
Own system reliability, monitoring, and incident response for mission-critical financial infrastructure
What We're Looking For
5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with distributed systems at scale
Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Python
Experience designing and operating production-grade APIs and microservices
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals—wallets, transactions, on-chain data indexing, or smart contract interactions
Solid understanding of database design, caching strategies, and distributed data consistency
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage crypto environment
Bonus Points
Direct experience building within DeFi protocols or tokenization platforms
Familiarity with Solidity, EVM internals, or multi-chain architecture
Background in fintech, asset management, or regulated financial infrastructure
Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming
