What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and optimize blockchain infrastructure supporting secure digital asset custody solutions
Integrate smart contracts and distributed ledger protocols into scalable, production-grade systems
Partner with cross-functional teams including security, product, and operations to deliver robust DeFi-adjacent solutions
Troubleshoot and enhance blockchain node infrastructure, wallet systems, and transaction pipelines
Implement best practices for secure key management and decentralized custody architecture
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and system design discussions
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a software engineer working directly with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies
Strong proficiency in backend development languages (Go, Rust, Python, or similar)
Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract architecture
Demonstrated ability to build secure, scalable systems in high-stakes, regulated environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced crypto landscape
Strong communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with multi-signature wallets, HSMs, or MPC-based custody solutions
Familiarity with major blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
Background in financial services, digital asset exchanges, or crypto compliance
Contributions to open-source blockchain or web3 projects
