⟢ Responsibilities:

• Own the Project Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Lead and Supervise: Oversee project activities, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Analyze and Optimize: Analyze, evaluate, and control assigned tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Gather and Define Requirements: Elicit and analyze requirements from various departments, creating clear and comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate and Brainstorm: Coordinate with development teams, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for changing requirements.
• Drive Business Process Improvement: Enable planning and analysis of business processes, designing efficient workflows.
• Plan and Deploy: Plan project deployments and manage IT environment changes to meet project objectives.

⟢ Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a BA in web application development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements.
• Must be fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
