What You'll Be Doing
Analyze large, multifaceted datasets spanning crypto trading, liquidity flows, and blockchain transaction activity to surface actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track DeFi market performance and institutional trading behavior
Partner cross-functionally with product, trading, and engineering teams to translate data into strategic recommendations
Develop data models and pipelines that support smart contract analytics and on-chain data integrity
Identify trends and anomalies within decentralized and centralized market data to inform risk and growth strategies
Present findings to senior stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions across the organization
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within fintech, trading, or crypto/web3 environments
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools for data visualization and reporting
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital asset markets, and distributed ledger systems
Experience working with large-scale datasets and building scalable analytics pipelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset suited to the fast pace of the crypto industry
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience analyzing on-chain data or smart contract transactions
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, or institutional crypto trading infrastructure
Background in quantitative finance or market microstructure analysis
Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
