Senior / DevOps Engineer
"What You'll Be Doing"
What You'll Be Doing
Architect, provision, and maintain multi-region AWS cloud environments alongside on-premises virtualized infrastructure using declarative Infrastructure-as-Code (Terragrunt)
Manage, harden, and scale production-grade Kubernetes clusters, implementing advanced ingress controllers, service mesh, Helm/Kustomize packages, and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD, Crossplane)
Deploy, administer, and maintain dedicated blockchain nodes (RPC, validator, archive, and sentry nodes across multiple Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols), ensuring data synchronization, high availability, and network health
Enforce cloud and container security controls, including fine-grained Kubernetes network policies, IAM least-privilege models, secrets management, and Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS security controls, plus automated vulnerability scanning across delivery pipelines
Integrate AI and AIOps tooling into observability suites to deliver intelligent anomaly detection, automated log parsing, and rapid root-cause analysis
Performance-tune microservices and cloud workloads to handle spikes in high-volume, low-latency financial transactions while maintaining high availability
What We're Looking For
6–10 years of experience in Linux/Unix systems engineering, cloud architecture, and modern DevOps/SRE practices
Production-grade expertise deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS/bare-metal), Helm, Kustomize, service mesh, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD)
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt, following modular, DRY configuration patterns
Ability to understand at least one modern programming language, with scripting/automation engineering skills
Extensive production experience in AWS, paired with practical exposure to on-prem virtualization platforms (e.g., Proxmox, VMware ESXi, or KVM)
Strong grasp of OSI layer fundamentals (TCP/UDP, BGP, DNS, TLS/mTLS, HTTP/gRPC) and comfort debugging live traffic issues on the wire (tcpdump, Wireshark, eBPF)
Operational familiarity with relational databases and middleware (PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka), including replication, failover strategies, and backup pipelines
Eligible to work in Vietnam
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity practices (e.g., threat modeling, penetration testing remediation, SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance standards, or managing HSM/KMS cryptographic infrastructure)
Direct experience running, securing, and maintaining blockchain nodes (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, EVM/Cosmos-based chains, or Solana)
