About This Role
Join a lean, almost entirely technical team of 30 that's been profitable since day one. As Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll craft the user-facing experiences for Stake, Liquid, and Cash—products that let people earn DeFi yield and spend crypto assets in the real world. This isn't theoretical blockchain work; it's production software used by real people managing real money.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and build intuitive, high-performance interfaces for our suite of DeFi and crypto banking products
Translate complex smart contract interactions into seamless, user-friendly experiences
Collaborate closely with backend and protocol engineers to ensure frontend reliability across distributed ledger integrations
Own frontend architecture decisions that scale with rapid growth in assets under management
Optimize for performance, security, and accessibility across web3 wallet connections and transaction flows
Contribute to product strategy, bringing a user-first lens to blockchain-native features
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, ideally with React or similar modern frameworks
Hands-on experience building production applications that interact with smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure
Strong understanding of web3 libraries (ethers.js, viem, wagmi, or similar)
Proven ability to ship polished, performant UI in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a small, high-ownership team
Genuine interest in DeFi, decentralized systems, and the crypto ecosystem
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols, yield strategies, or crypto-native financial products
Familiarity with wallet integrations, signing flows, and transaction UX challenges
Background working at a crypto-native or distributed systems company
Contributions to open-source web3 tooling
