Head of Performance Marketing
About This Role
We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own how ether.fi acquires users. You'll run paid ads, SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization — getting ether.fi recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity), and you'll be judged on one thing: active users at a cost that works.
What You'll Be Doing
Own paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding and budget
Build and run our SEO and AEO programs
Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at volume
Set up tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users, by channel and by cohort
Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Direct experience running SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managing people who did
Ideally in-house experience at a fintech; agency experience is fine too
A data background, comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers
Drive and willingness to work hard, as part of a highly ambitious, driven team with audacious goals
Crypto experience is not required
