About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions that combine intuitive user interfaces, scalable backend systems, and advanced data workflows. Working closely with the Head of AI and a small engineering team, you will help prototype and build new applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) and modern AI-assisted development tools. This role requires strong capabilities across frontend development, backend services, and data engineering, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet complex business requirements. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate ideas into production-ready systems, designing both the technical architecture and the user experience.
The position
involves building modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and Python, developing ETL pipelines, integrating with third-party APIs, and deploying containerised applications using Docker. You will also utilise AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms to accelerate development and experimentation.

Requirements
Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Design and build full-stack applications combining modern frontend technologies with Python-based backend services Develop intuitive user interfaces and high-quality user experiences using React, JavaScript, and HTML Prototype and deliver AI-powered applications leveraging large language models Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies to accelerate development workflows Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing workflows Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems and services Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across projects Implement secure development practices and ensure applications follow security best practices Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration Collaborate with engineers and the Head of AI to experiment with new technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities Manage application deployment and environments using Docker-based containerisation Requirements 5+ years of experience in full stack software development 5+ years of experience developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and HTML 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, building intuitive and user-focused digital interfaces 5+ years of experience developing backend services using Python 5+ years of experience designing and building ETL pipelines and data processing workflows 5+ years of experience integrating applications via APIs and external services Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex (or similar tools such as Cursor) 5+ years of experience communicating with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions 5+ years of experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and systems design 5+ years of experience implementing secure development practices 2+ years of experience with database design and data modelling Nice to Have Experience working with Docker and containerised deployment environments Experience building AI-powered or LLM-based applications Experience working in rapid prototyping or innovation-focused engineering teams Familiarity with modern AI developer tools such as Cursor Benefits Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter) No Weekend Work: Real work-life balance, not just words Day 1 Benefits: Laptop and full medical insurance provided Support That Matters:Mentorship, community, and forums where ideas are shared True Belonging: A long-term career where your contributions are valued
