What You'll Be Doing
Design and build robust, scalable full-stack applications that interface with smart contracts and on-chain infrastructure
Collaborate closely with protocol engineers to integrate DeFi primitives into user-facing products
Develop secure, high-performance systems for managing tokenized fund operations and investment workflows
Own features end-to-end—from backend architecture to intuitive frontend experiences
Partner with product, design, and compliance teams to translate institutional requirements into elegant web3 solutions
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging blockchain tools and frameworks to keep our stack ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with meaningful exposure to blockchain or crypto ecosystems
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks alongside backend languages (Node.js, Go, or similar)
Hands-on experience integrating with smart contracts, wallets, or on-chain data sources
Solid understanding of distributed systems design and security best practices in a decentralized context
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Genuine passion for the future of decentralized finance and tokenized assets
Bonus Points
Direct experience working with tokenized real-world assets or institutional DeFi protocols
Familiarity with Solidity or smart contract auditing practices
Prior work at a crypto-native company or contribution to open-source web3 projects
Background in fintech, asset management, or regulatory-compliant financial products
