What You'll Be Doing
Own and scale performance-driven influencer campaigns tied to concrete metrics such as trading volume, first trades, and card activations/transactions
Develop and execute CPA, Affiliate, and Hybrid collaboration models aligned with unit economics
Drive campaigns toward positive ROMI, optimizing continuously based on daily performance data
Build and manage a portfolio of high-performing influencers and agencies across the EU and LATAM
Source, negotiate, and launch influencer collaborations end-to-end
Continuously test new growth mechanics, including offers, tournaments, and gamification
Analyze key metrics such as First Deposits, First Trades, Trading Volume, CAC, and ROMI
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance, design, and copywriting teams
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing at a Senior level
Proven experience in FinTech (exchanges, neo-banking, brokers, payments) or Web3/Crypto products
Strong track record running performance campaigns, not just awareness-driven ones
Experience working with Affiliate, CPA, or hybrid models
An existing network of crypto and finance influencers and agencies across the EU and LATAM (must have)
Strong understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, and ROMI
Experience scaling campaigns across multiple geographies
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
A data-driven mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics daily
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, design, and copywriting teams
