"What You'll Be Doing"
What You'll Be Doing
Work across hybrid infrastructure — cloud providers and bare-metal servers alike — including administering Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), resolving incidents, and troubleshooting.
Apply solid Linux fundamentals: working with files and scripts, and understanding security principles, account management, and access control.
Automate deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Helm, and Terraform.
Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
Set up and optimize monitoring and logging stacks, including Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, the Grafana Labs stack, and ELK.
Design and implement architecture based on High Availability (HA), scalability, and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) principles.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / SRE engineer.
Advanced Linux administration and OS-level tuning skills.
Deep knowledge of containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
Solid Linux networking skills, including VPN solutions, proxies, and web servers.
Practical experience with the Prometheus Stack and Grafana.
Scripting ability in Bash and Python.
Strong understanding of core CI/CD tools and experience with secret management using Vault.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles, including hands-on experience configuring security policies in Kubernetes.
Bonus Points
Golang scripting experience.
Deep-dive knowledge of Linux kernel-level optimization, from syscalls to network card tuning.
Experience operating High Availability / Low Latency solutions.
Background building and operating Big Data and Data Analytics platforms.
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech/Banking/Crypto sector.
Proven track record as an SRE.
DevSecOps experience: vulnerability detection, enforcing security best practices (Zero Trust, RBAC, secure code delivery), and experience with scanning tools such as Trivy or Snyk.
