Senior IT Engineer
About This Role
This role will run Morpho's corporate IT, covering accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools the company relies on, all configured securely. You'll work closely with the security team, who set policy and lead incident response, while you implement that policy across tools and devices. The scope is broad and hands-on: rather than hiring to handle repetitive tasks, the team prefers to automate them, so you'll be expected to write scripts and build your own tooling, using AI where useful. You'll be walked through the existing stack early in the process.
What You'll Be Doing
Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager; handle onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews.
Manage the Mac fleet, including setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and maintaining endpoint security agents.
Apply the security baselines and access policies defined by the security team, keeping tools configured accordingly.
Administer SaaS tools, including setup, admin access, licensing, and the IT side of onboarding new vendors.
Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs.
Provide evidence for IT controls during audits.
Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection.
Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
Take part in IT on-call rotation.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering or IT security.
Hands-on administration experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM, and endpoint security tools.
Strong macOS management skills, including configuration profiles, privacy preference policies and system extension policies.
Ability to write Python or Bash to automate work.
Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit.
Awareness that crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and the ability to design systems with that risk in mind.
Strong documentation skills.
A preference for simple, followable setups over complex ones people work around.
Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation.
Bonus Points
Experience with infrastructure as code.
Web3 or fintech experience.
