As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll craft the regional narrative that turns banks, fintechs, and crypto-native companies into Fireblocks champions — building brand experiences that are as memorable as the technology itself.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with demand generation and sales teams to design region-specific campaigns that accelerate Fireblocks' growth across the US and Canada
Build and execute event calendars that spark engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline within the blockchain and institutional finance space
Create immersive, branded experiences for prospects and clients that bring our smart contracts and digital asset infrastructure story to life
Own end-to-end event logistics — from vendor negotiation and venue selection to staffing, swag, and on-site production
Lead integrated communication strategies across social, press, and digital channels before, during, and after major industry events
Analyze post-event ROI and share actionable insights with sales and marketing leadership to continuously refine strategy
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of B2B experience in field marketing, event strategy, or campaign management
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Gemini to streamline marketing workflows
Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Cvent or similar webinar/event tools
Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills, with experience managing substantial budgets
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with sharp attention to detail
Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with international travel flexibility
Bonus Points
Background in financial services, with added exposure to crypto, web3, or decentralized finance ecosystems
Experience marketing complex technical products like blockchain platforms or enterprise software
Track record of building sponsorship strategies around industry-leading crypto and fintech events
