What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end product development for blockchain-enabled payments and digital asset solutions, from ideation through launch
Partner with engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams to translate smart contracts and tokenization concepts into scalable offerings
Define product roadmaps that bridge traditional finance with decentralized and web3 ecosystems
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities across crypto custody, stablecoins, and DeFi infrastructure
Collaborate with regulators and internal risk teams to ensure compliant, secure deployment of distributed ledger products
Mentor cross-functional teams and champion a culture of innovation around blockchain technology adoption
What We're Looking For
7+ years in product management, with demonstrated experience in blockchain, digital assets, or payments
Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and crypto market dynamics
Proven track record launching complex financial products within regulated environments
Strong stakeholder management skills across technology, compliance, and executive leadership
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical blockchain concepts into business strategy
Excellent communication skills suited to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus Points
Experience with tokenization platforms, stablecoin infrastructure, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with institutional custody solutions for digital assets
Background in payments modernization or cross-border settlement systems
Industry certifications or active involvement in web3/crypto communities
