What You'll Be Doing
Craft the definitive market story for digital cash orchestration, converting intricate settlement mechanics and smart contracts logic into crisp business value
Map end-to-end payment workflows for banks and treasuries, pinpointing how Chainlink's infrastructure solves cross-border settlement, liquidity routing, and atomic delivery-versus-payment
Serve as the market's pulse—gathering intelligence from treasury and liquidity stakeholders to steer product direction and anticipate shifts in the tokenized cash and DeFi landscape
Own go-to-market execution for new payments solutions, ensuring every launch is strategically sharp and measurable against pipeline impact
Build sales enablement assets—battle cards, proposal frameworks, and canonical plays—that equip teams to close Tier 1 institutional deals with confidence
What We're Looking For
6+ years in product marketing focused on institutional payments, settlement, or treasury operations
Exceptional narrative and positioning skills tailored to sophisticated financial decision-makers
Strong command of settlement infrastructure—fiat rails, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and distributed ledger technology
Proven track record translating complex technical roadmaps into "buyer truth" across product, engineering, and sales functions
Experience driving go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple product launches
Comfort operating at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto/web3 innovation
Bonus Points
Direct experience with blockchain-based settlement systems or decentralized finance protocols
Familiarity with Chainlink's oracle network or similar cross-chain interoperability solutions
Existing relationships within institutional banking or payments networks
