What You'll Be Doing
Owning assigned work independently while collaborating across engineering functions
Supporting infrastructure, deployments and releases alongside the DevOps/SRE engineer
Building and maintaining data pipelines that support the wider product
Contributing to engineering decisions rather than simply executing assigned tasks
Maintaining high standards of data quality, correctness and testing
Prioritizing reliability and thoroughness in production systems
Proposing solutions to engineering problems as they arise
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Senior Python Engineer with a backend/data focus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work
Strong understanding of data pipelines and how they support broader product systems
Experience collaborating with DevOps/SRE functions on infrastructure, deployments and releases
A proactive approach to engineering, with an emphasis on proposing solutions
