Working as part of the team responsible for the administration, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian

Managing and evolving hybrid systems, ensuring seamless integration with cloud workloads

Administering and optimising the SaaS and MDM tooling stack supporting a globally distributed workforce

Leading incident response for critical systems, including root cause analysis and post-incident review

Building and maintaining automation to reduce manual overhead and improve system observability

Defining and enforcing security and access control policies across platforms

Partnering with Security teams to support compliance requirements

Contributing to technical documentation and runbooks that raise team-wide operational standards

5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles

Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments

Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions (e.g. Jumpcloud, Okta)

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control

A track record of operating autonomously and making sound technical decisions under pressure

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
