What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow social channels across X, Instagram, and TikTok with a sports-first, crypto-savvy voice
Create fast-turnaround, real-time content during live games, drafts, and major sporting events
Translate complex blockchain and DeFi concepts into digestible, entertaining content for mainstream sports audiences
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align social output with broader web3 brand goals
Track trends across sports and crypto Twitter/X to keep content culturally relevant and timely
Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine content strategy and audience growth tactics
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing high-performing social accounts, ideally in sports, entertainment, or crypto
Strong understanding of blockchain, decentralized platforms, and crypto culture — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should speak the language fluently
Exceptional writing and real-time content creation skills, especially during live events
Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities shift quickly
A sharp eye for what makes content shareable within both sports and web3 communities
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and content calendars simultaneously
Bonus Points
Prior experience with a crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-native brand
Existing network or credibility within sports media or crypto Twitter/X circles
Video editing or short-form content production skills
Familiarity with smart contracts, tokenomics, or fintech products
