As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for digital asset custody products, bridging decades of trust and compliance expertise with cutting-edge blockchain technology. What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute the product vision for digital asset custody, ensuring alignment with institutional client needs and blockchain industry standards
Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure custody solutions for crypto assets, leveraging smart contracts and distributed ledger technology
Partner with compliance, risk, and legal teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets and DeFi
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in blockchain custody, tokenization, and decentralized finance
Translate client requirements into detailed product specifications, working closely with cross-functional development squads
Present product strategy and roadmap updates to senior stakeholders and institutional clients
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, custody services, or blockchain/crypto sectors
Strong understanding of digital asset custody, smart contracts, and distributed systems architecture
Proven track record of launching complex financial products from concept to market
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical blockchain concepts for diverse audiences
Experience working with regulatory frameworks related to crypto, DeFi, or traditional banking
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with wallet infrastructure, key management, or multi-signature custody solutions
Familiarity with major blockchain networks, layer-2 protocols, or tokenization platforms
Background in institutional crypto trading, settlement, or asset servicing
Certifications or demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology and web3 ecosystems
