"What You'll Be Doing"
About This Role
This is a hybrid role based in our New York office, with at least two days per week in-office.
What You'll Be Doing
Defining Collibra's AI product strategy and 12-month roadmap alongside the Director of AI Engineering and Product and Engineering leaders, keeping AI investments aligned with customer and market direction.
Co-authoring customer-facing AI features from initial problem framing through launch and adoption, working directly with customers on challenges like data management restrictions and custom AI models, to ensure features solve real problems and see real use.
Leading evaluation of AI models and approaches together with Engineering, covering both internal use and the customer platform — including central model evaluation, platform AI testing, and emerging AI paradigms — so Collibra builds on the strongest available foundation.
Setting responsible AI standards in partnership with Engineering, Legal, and Security, including establishing a pre-launch review process for AI features, to ensure everything shipped meets standards for quality, transparency, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience.
Experience working on AI or ML-powered software, including taking an AI or ML feature from design through launch with engineers.
Experience presenting product strategy to senior or executive leadership.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to solve real business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
