About This Role
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the FinTech Platform organisation and help drive critical technology, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance programmes. This role combines programme leadership with a deep understanding of technology governance, operational resilience, and security standards, working closely with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered across multiple teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading cross-functional programmes related to security, operational resilience, compliance, and new business initiatives
Building and maintaining programme roadmaps aligned with engineering plans and organisational priorities
Managing dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple teams
Providing programme reporting, delivery visibility, and executive communication
Defining and promoting ICT security and resilience standards across the technology platform
Supporting digital operational resilience initiatives, business continuity testing, and incident management activities
Overseeing third-party technology and security providers and ensuring compliance with required standards
Translating regulatory requirements into actionable technology and delivery plans
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience in programme planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting
At least 3 years of experience related to information and communication technology security, resilience, or governance
Practical experience working with DORA, NIS2, or similar regulatory frameworks
Understanding of third-party risk management and vendor oversight processes
Comfort influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct line management authority
Active use of modern digital and AI tools to improve programme management, communication, planning, reporting, and productivity
English communication skills at B2 level or higher
Bonus Points
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-money, or crypto-related organisations
Experience supporting regulated entities and compliance-driven technology programmes
Knowledge of PCI DSS and payment services security requirements
Experience with cloud security and operational resilience frameworks
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, or similar
