UI/UX Designer
About This Role
This is a pivotal role where you'll bring Gensyn’s compute protocol to life through stunning design. You'll work cross-functionally to create seamless experiences for researchers, compute providers, and developers, playing a key part in owning and evolving our multi-product design system and critical web3 interaction patterns.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead user research to uncover insights and shape user journeys.
Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with component-driven specifications.
Run usability testing and iterate quickly based on findings.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
Own and evolve Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns.
Design web3-specific flows: wallet connection, approvals, signing, and deposits.
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of UX or product design experience shipping production web applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process.
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
Fluency in Figma (or equivalent tools).
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Comfort working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
Bonus Points
Hands-on product experience in Web3.
Familiarity with analytics-driven iteration and experimentation.
Understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience building or maintaining a design system across multiple product surfaces.
Interest in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cryptography.
Hands-on experience with AI coding and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, Figma Make).
