This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of traditional financial operations discipline and cutting-edge crypto infrastructure. As VP, you'll oversee critical functions within our broader digital asset platform, ensuring institutional clients receive flawless execution across custody, settlement, and transaction workflows—all within a tightly regulated environment. You'll have real influence over how our organization scales its web3 operational capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end operational execution for institutional digital asset custody and transaction processing across multiple blockchain products and platforms
Build and enforce robust risk management frameworks tailored to crypto custody, smart contracts interactions, and decentralized asset movements
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team supporting distributed ledger transaction flows
Partner cross-functionally with compliance, technology, and product teams to ensure operational processes align with evolving regulatory requirements
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of digital asset operations
Serve as a key escalation point for complex operational issues involving DeFi protocols, custody platforms, and transaction settlement
What We're Looking For
8+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally within digital assets, crypto custody, or traditional financial services transitioning into blockchain
Deep understanding of digital asset custody models, transaction lifecycle management, and distributed ledger settlement mechanics
Proven track record managing teams within highly regulated, high-stakes operational environments
Strong risk management instincts with experience building controls for crypto or decentralized finance operations
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, and business lines
Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation in fast-evolving, high-growth environments
Bonus Points
Direct experience with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or multi-chain custody platforms
Familiarity with institutional crypto exchanges, custodians, or blockchain infrastructure providers
Professional certifications related to digital assets, blockchain technology, or operational risk
Experience navigating evolving crypto regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions
