
Vice President, Market Transformation & Innovation Hub – Digital Assets Partnerships
We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Digital Assets Partnerships, to join our Market Transformation & Innovation team. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Source and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities aligned to the Market Transformation & Innovation Hub priorities and commercial demand, with focus on digital assets products and solutions.
- Solution and scope joint use cases, value propositions, and commercial models that create sustainable value; launch and commercialize these partnerships.
- Orchestrate internal and external product, sales / business development, technology, and legal stakeholders across the partnership lifecycle (from sourcing to building to scaling).
- Establish standard partnership playbooks and frameworks (commercial proposals, success metrics, launch and GTM activation plans).
- Define client segment and go-to-market activations in digital assets, partnering with product and sales teams (driven by market research, voice of client, etc.).

Enable sales and revenue realization by connecting digital asset product roadmap to measurable commercial outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Ecosystem / Partnerships, Product Strategy in financial services, financial technology, digital assets or adjacent sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, including blockchain, tokenization, cryptocurrencies, digital cash (stablecoins, tokenized deposits), and
- Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, and investment products.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, drive operating discipline in fast-paced environments, and influence senior stakeholders using strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the employee will be in an "at will" position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Salary Range
USD 69,000 - 165,000 per year
