About This Role
We're looking for a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. This person will operate across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally with experience in financial services or retail-facing platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as a key execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1) and the NY-based Head of Data, supporting multiple engineering teams (20–30 developers across New York and India)
Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across both Retail Engineering and Data Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery
Ensure requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized
Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early
Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in day-to-day work
Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
A strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
A demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
Bonus Points
Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role using Databricks
