業務内容
● ゲームデザインドキュメント（GDD）の作成および管理 ● 海外チームと連携し、ゲームデザイン全体の方向性を決定 ● チームと協力してプロジェクト計画およびスケジュールを策定 ● コンセプト段階から完成まで、デザインプロセス全体をリード ● ゲームプレイ、ユーザーエクスペリエンス、レベルデザインの設計・最適化 ● フィードバックやテスト結果に基づく改善提案の実施 ● 最新技術やトレンドを活用した革新的なゲームデザインの提案 ● AI技術を駆使したゲームバランスの向上、段階的なコンテンツ生成の自動化。
必須条件
● 英語で記述コミュニケーションが可能な方 ● ゲームデザイナー・プランナーとしての実務経験ゲーム仕様作成 ● ゲームバランス調整の経験
歓迎条件
● リードゲームデザイナー・プランナーの経験 ● スマートフォン用アプリの開発、運営の経験ゲームエンジン(Unity等)による開発経験客観的に ゲームを分析し分かりやすく言語化できること
