業務内容
● コンセプトアートやデザインに基づいたゲーム内のキャラモデルの制作 ● ディレクション、量産外注管理、品質コントロール、スケジュール管理 ● Unityでのキャラの実装・ルック調整 ● 他部署（アニメション、プログラム、デザイン）と協力し、アニメーションリグやゲームエンジンの仕様を考慮したモデリングとワークフローの構築。
必須スキル
● ゲーム業界での3Dキャラモデリングの実務経験（5年以上） ● ゲーム業界において 少なくとも1タイトルの0→1開発経験 を有すること ● キャラモデラーリードまたはシニアキャラモデラーの実務経験 ● Maya,BlenderなどのDCCツールの習熟度 ● PBRワークフローを理解している方 ● NPR（Non-Photorealistic Rendering）キャラクターモデルの制作経験 ● Substance Painter / Photoshop を使用したテクスチャリング ● Unity などのゲームエンジンでの実装経験 ● 外部内部ベンダーのタスク管理、制作物品質管理のディレクション経験 ● Gitなどのバーション管理ツールの使用経験

● シェーダーやライティングの知識 ● リアル系・スタイライズ系いずれにも対応できるスキル ● キャラクターのフェイシャルリグやブレンドシェイプの制作経験 ● ZBrushを用いたスカルプトスキル ● ワークフローの最適化や技術開発への関与 ● リギングの基礎知識 ● 日本語 & 英語のバイリンガルスキル
