Represent Metis Foundation at conferences, AMAs, and industry events—amplifying our voice within the broader web3 community
Juggle multiple high-stakes deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across every deliverable
What We're Looking For
Proven track record managing marketing initiatives within blockchain, crypto, or fintech industries
Deep familiarity with DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and the broader distributed systems landscape
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Strong leadership instincts and experience guiding cross-functional marketing teams
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with frequent travel
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate campaign metrics into strategic decisions
Bonus Points
Existing relationships within the Layer 2 or scaling solutions ecosystem
Hands-on experience launching token or community incentive campaigns
Public speaking experience at blockchain conferences or crypto-native events
Familiarity with multiple product lines operating under one brand umbrella
