Associate Analyst, Custody Operations

Provide daily operational support, including settlement, reconciliation, transaction review, issue triage, and reporting

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and stakeholders

Participate in and contribute to conversations with business partners such as Product, Risk, Compliance, Exchange Operations, and Customer Support to support client needs and drive process improvement

Bring operational expertise in trading and asset movement to the business

Manage day-to-day operational work while building for the future, drawing on prior experience in detailed, task-oriented roles

Work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Think analytically to deliver solutions to complex challenges

Proven ability to complete complex daily tasks, preferably with experience in middle or back-office operational roles, with strong attention to detail and efficient, accurate processing

Experience analyzing operational workflows and writing policies and procedures

Understanding of money movement, reconciliation, and settlement concepts

Ability to recognize process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
