Onboarding Analyst
"What You'll Be Doing"
About This Role
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will review account openings, conduct due diligence checks, and advise various business functions for BitGo's MAS-regulated entity. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements while identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding process and mitigate compliance risks.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Conduct periodic reviews based on KYC/KYB CDD guidelines, ensuring timely updates and escalations where required
Provide high-quality customer service by owning, monitoring, and improving the customer experience, handling inquiries, and managing communications throughout the entire onboarding process
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer onboarding and account administration
Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other relevant subjects
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in a relevant compliance, onboarding, or due diligence role, preferably within fintech or crypto
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
Bonus Points
Relevant compliance professional certifications, especially specialist certificates in crypto and digital assets
Good understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) PSN02 Guidelines, Notice and related laws, directives, regulations and compliance standards
