Associate Producer
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated Associate Producer to assist with the planning, production, and publication of our podcasts and new media initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading research and news brand in the digital asset space, working with a high-performance, remote team.
What You'll Be Doing
Pitch guests and episode ideas to our media director and podcast hosts, focusing on relevant and interesting crypto topics
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct recordings and A/V checks with guests
Conduct research and provide hosts with questions and background information for episodes
Assist in publishing episodes and maintaining clear analytics records
Pitch ideas for new media offerings and produce approved projects from start to finish
Assist in research and planning for other media projects
What We're Looking For
Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and genuine curiosity about emerging narratives and trends
2+ years of experience in podcast production or similar media roles
Comfortable multi-tasking and managing several ongoing projects simultaneously
Bonus Points
Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Analytics, Riverside, OBS, Figma, n8n, Twitter/X Analytics, YouTube Studio, Wordpress, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
