"What You'll Be Doing"
What You'll Be Doing
Support the ADGM Compliance team in closing out regulatory exams and external audits, drawing on subject matter expertise in financial crime frameworks and audit processes
Build strong relationships with key Central Compliance functions to ensure effective engagement and delivery of items related to outsourced compliance activities
Apply a standardized exam and audit issue management framework, keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of remedial activity
Track the resolution of regulatory exams and audits, providing support as needed to ensure ADGM Binance entities are presented in a compliant manner
Perform closure validation on actions proposed as resolved by relevant teams, confirming that closures address the original identified gap
Assist with special projects as needed, working effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in compliance, audit, and/or regulatory exam management, including performing closure validation/assurance
Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while staying closely connected with relevant teams across multiple locations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for a diverse audience
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop external-facing materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized, with the capacity to manage complex projects
BA degree or international equivalent
Bonus Points
Experience gained within the crypto/fintech industry and the ADGM regulatory environment is preferred
