"What You'll Be Doing"
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating across Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams on user journey optimization projects, tracking requirements and progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Creating, configuring, checking, and monitoring vouchers and tasks to keep operations running smoothly and accurately.
Helping build recommendation materials such as educational content, trending news, and campaign guidance, while tracking click and conversion performance and suggesting improvements.
Mapping out core user journeys, researching competitor experiences, identifying points of friction, and proposing practical improvements.
Partnering with regional teams to understand local user preferences and support localized content and strategy.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously; detail-oriented and organized.
A quick learner with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Bonus Points
Previous internship experience in user growth, user operations, campaign operations, or project management.
Basic data analysis skills, with familiarity in SQL or data visualization tools.
Interest in crypto, fintech, or internet user growth.
Experience using Binance or other exchange products.
