About This Role
We're seeking a Blockchain Solutions Architect to sit at the crossroads of sales, engineering, and product strategy, translating institutional ambition into production-ready decentralized systems. Backed by $178M from a16z and Paradigm, we move fast—and this role is pivotal in helping regulated enterprises evaluate, design, and deploy smart contract-powered infrastructure at scale using the OP Stack.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the lead technical partner for institutions piloting and integrating onchain systems into production environments
Run deep technical discovery sessions spanning architecture, security, compliance, and performance benchmarking
Build and manage devnets, cloud testbeds, and performance validation environments to prove out throughput and cost models
Translate enterprise and institutional feedback into actionable input for product and engineering roadmaps
Guide partners on OP Stack deployment models, upgrade paths, and migration from permissioned experiments to public or hybrid mainnet launches
Support integrations with custody providers, cloud platforms, and systems integrators like Fireblocks and AWS
What We're Looking For
5+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales professional in blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure
Hands-on expertise with Ethereum or EVM-compatible networks, ideally across both Layer 1 and Layer 2 rollup ecosystems
Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts: sequencing, finality, rollups, smart contracts, and network operations
Experience engaging regulated institutions—banks, exchanges, asset managers—is highly valued
Comfort translating complex crypto and DeFi concepts for both engineers and C-suite stakeholders
A high-agency, independent operator mindset capable of driving 0→1 partnerships with minimal oversight
Bonus Points
Experience with technical documentation localization, particularly Japanese
Familiarity with privacy-preserving architectures or compliance tooling in decentralized finance
Prior work crafting go-to-market strategy for emerging web3 infrastructure products
