This role sits at the crossroads of sales, product, and engineering — a rare opportunity to directly architect how banks, exchanges, and asset managers integrate smart contracts and rollup technology into production systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the lead technical partner for enterprise and institutional clients through evaluation, piloting, and production rollout of OP Stack-based blockchain networks
Run deep technical discovery sessions spanning architecture, security, compliance, and performance for distributed systems
Build and manage test environments—devnets, benchmarks, cloud deployments—to validate throughput, latency, and cost for smart contract execution
Translate institutional feedback into actionable input for product and engineering roadmaps around sequencing, privacy, and compliance tooling
Support integrations with custody providers, wallets, and cloud infrastructure partners such as Fireblocks and AWS
Guide partners through migration from permissioned experimentation to live, production-grade crypto deployments
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles
Solid background in blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or financial technology
Hands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-compatible Layer 1/Layer 2 networks
Strong grasp of rollups, finality, sequencing, and smart contract architecture
Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to both engineers and business stakeholders
A sharp, independent operator comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders across multi-party partnerships
Bonus Points
Experience working directly with regulated institutions—banks, exchanges, or payment firms
Familiarity with Japanese-language technical documentation or enablement
Exposure to DeFi protocols, custody solutions, or system integrator ecosystems
Track record of building GTM strategies or partner programs from scratch
