What You'll Be Doing
Architect and optimize high-performance C++ systems supporting multi-asset trading across FX, equities, and crypto
Design low-latency messaging pipelines capable of handling billions in daily volume with near-zero tolerance for delay
Collaborate closely with a senior, tight-knit engineering team to harden core trading infrastructure
Investigate and resolve complex performance bottlenecks across distributed, mission-critical systems
Build resilient, fault-tolerant components that scale reliably as crypto and digital asset volumes grow
Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the future of our decentralized liquidity network
What We're Looking For
Strong professional experience with modern C++ (C++17/20) in performance-critical environments
Deep understanding of low-latency systems, concurrency, and memory management
Experience in financial trading systems, market data, or distributed ledger-adjacent infrastructure
Comfortable working independently within a small, highly skilled engineering team
Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills under real-time constraints
Excellent communication skills and ownership mentality
Bonus Points
Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, crypto market makers, or blockchain trading infrastructure
Familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or distributed ledger technology
Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass networking, or hardware-level optimization
Background in quantitative finance or electronic trading platforms
