What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute the company's strategic and commercial vision.
Lead all business operations, financial performance, and organisational growth.
Drive expansion across European markets and develop new business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with regulators, banking partners, payment schemes, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with European regulatory frameworks, including PSD2/PSD3, MiCA, AML/CTF, DORA, and EMI requirements.
Lead development of payment, embedded finance, and digital asset products.
Foster a high-performance culture built on strong governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
Report directly to the Board on strategy, performance, and key business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of executive leadership experience within regulated financial services.
Prior experience as CEO, Managing Director, Deputy CEO, COO, or Executive Director.
Strong background in banking, payments, fintech, Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), or Payment Institutions (PI).
Demonstrated success scaling regulated financial businesses and leading international teams.
Deep understanding of European payments, banking infrastructure, treasury, and financial regulation.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial, and strategic execution skills.
Lithuanian residency is required.
