What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the frontline resource for client inquiries across pro web, pro app, consumer app, Kraken Desktop, and crypto deposit/withdrawal channels
Diagnose and troubleshoot trading, futures, and smart contract-adjacent platform issues with precision and empathy
Test and provide feedback on upcoming trading features before they launch to the broader crypto community
Break down complex calculations—fees, margin levels, P/L—into clear, digestible explanations for clients
Support quality assurance and training initiatives across the trading experience team
Monitor trading activity for signs of fraud or manipulation within our decentralized trading ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Proven customer service experience with a track record of delivering exceptional, five-star support
Hands-on familiarity with trading platforms—digital assets, blockchain-based exchanges, or traditional markets
Solid grasp of trading mechanics and charting, including leveraged trading via futures or margin
Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers daily
Adaptability and quick learning ability, essential in the ever-evolving web3 landscape
Fluent English communicator, available to work evenings and weekends across North America/EU hours
Bonus Points
Genuine passion for crypto culture, market trends, and the broader decentralized finance movement
Experience with Google Suite tools and internal documentation platforms like Confluence
Prior exposure to DeFi protocols, smart contracts, or blockchain-based trading infrastructure
