Commercial Counsel, Bridge

Support Bridge's commercial team by leading negotiations on complex, strategic agreements with users and partners.

Advise on commercial and legal issues related to stablecoin products, new product launches, and international expansion.

Partner closely with Product Legal and Bridge's product and engineering teams to help bring new products and features to market.

Help build out Bridge's commercial legal infrastructure to support scaling, including drafting and maintaining agreements and playbooks, improving internal processes, and applying AI tooling to optimize how the team works with clients, partners, and users.

Collaborate with teams across Bridge and Stripe globally, including commercial, operations, product, engineering, tax, compliance, and risk.

Help the broader team deliver practical, scalable legal support while working collaboratively across a global Commercial Legal team.

Develop and deliver training and resources to help Bridge's commercial team sell and support its products.

Serve as a point of escalation for outside counsel.

Familiarity with the legal issues and commercial risks arising from fintech, stablecoin, hosted data, and technology services.

A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to collective success.

Good standing membership in at least one US state bar, with a JD degree or foreign equivalent.

8+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a technology practice group at a top law firm.
