Compliance Lead Analyst, Risk Mining & Testing

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend deep compliance expertise with innovative problem-solving, focusing on transaction monitoring, risk mining, and the optimization of compliance tools and processes. You will play a critical part in enhancing our global CX Compliance Operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and pioneering new solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Analyze automated alerts and manual referrals from transaction monitoring systems, especially focusing on complex interconnected cases.
Conduct due diligence research and KYC reviews on transaction activities using internal and external tools to assess legitimacy and mitigate risks.
Document findings and create written narratives to support case investigations and recommend decisions based on investigative results.
Act as a subject matter expert for new and existing Compliance Operations tools and their enhancements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for compliance tools, rules, detection models, automation, and UI improvements, providing actionable feedback to technology teams.
Identify patterns and emerging risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate, refine, and optimize compliance workflows, models, and procedures.
Remain current with industry standards and developments in KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC.
