What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end execution of group-wide strategic initiatives, including new market entry, global licensing roadmaps, and cross-border regulatory expansion
Architect scalable operating models and governance frameworks across first- and second-line compliance functions
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design and deploy AI-driven automation and smart workflow tooling across compliance operations
Translate emerging regulatory requirements—including those touching decentralized finance, crypto assets, and digital payment rails—into actionable operational frameworks
Drive executive-level stakeholder alignment across Global Leadership, Risk, and Regional Operations teams
Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to support a rapidly scaling, multi-jurisdictional compliance infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or regulatory operations within financial services or web3-adjacent industries
Strong analytical rigor with the ability to structure ambiguous, high-complexity problems into actionable roadmaps
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, global stakeholders including senior leadership
Familiarity with distributed systems, digital assets, or blockchain-based compliance frameworks is highly valued
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear business narratives
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
Bonus Points
Experience working with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-native compliance programs
Exposure to AI/automation deployment within regulatory or risk operations
Background advising or working within licensed fintech, payments, or distributed ledger-based platforms
Multi-jurisdictional regulatory licensing experience across APAC, EMEA, or North America
