About This Role
150Bond is a boutique advisory firm trusted by C-suite leaders, investors, and founders across the most consequential companies in tech. As a Consultant, you won't be buried in a large team — you'll work directly with senior leadership at venture-backed startups and scaling enterprises, including those pioneering distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance. Your voice and ideas will matter from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner directly with founders and executives to craft compelling narratives around their growth, product launches, and market positioning
Translate complex technical concepts — including blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized systems — into clear, persuasive messaging
Develop communications strategy for clients operating across web3, fintech, AI, and venture capital ecosystems
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on thought leadership pieces, media strategy, and investor-facing content
Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, acting as a trusted strategic advisor rather than just a vendor
Stay ahead of trends across crypto, decentralized finance, and emerging tech to keep client messaging sharp and relevant
What We're Looking For
Strong background in communications, strategy consulting, or a related field, ideally with exposure to blockchain, web3, or crypto-native companies
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics like smart contracts and distributed systems for broader audiences
Comfort working directly with C-suite executives and high-growth founders in fast-paced environments
Strong project management instincts and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts
Genuine curiosity about emerging technology sectors, including decentralized finance, AI, and sustainability
Self-starter mentality with a bias toward ownership and initiative
Bonus Points
Prior experience consulting for crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-native startups
Familiarity with the venture capital landscape and investor communications
Existing network within the web3 or fintech founder community
Experience working in a lean, high-autonomy team environment
